Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is conveniently located near the city and offers parking for all guests. Although it's a bit far to walk to some shopping areas, it provides a peaceful retreat. However, it may not be the best choice for those looking for a budget option far from the city center.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was convenient, close to the coast and with easy access to Pulau Malacca, but there were some security concerns leaving the car. The rooms, although facing the street, were comfortable once I requested a change due to my mom's recent knee surgery. However, they were not cleaned up properly upon check-in and had a slight pungent smell lingering.
The hotel is located near a noisy karaoke club, making it a bit challenging to get a good night's sleep. The rooms are filled with old furniture, including an outdated air conditioner, and limited English TV channels. However, the location is convenient for exploring the main tourist attractions, and the nights are mostly quiet. The dining experience offers only basic local dishes, and the bathroom lacks a glass partition, leading to a wet floor after showering.
My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. The rooms were fairly big, and I appreciated being accommodated near the noisy karaoke club despite the challenge of getting good sleep due to other customers wanting to extend their stay. The service was inconsistent, with some staff being very helpful and friendly while others seemed selfish and ignored customer needs. The location was a bit far from popular areas, but it had its conveniences and some security concerns. The dining experience was average, with limited options.
